If you're looking for gaming news, Jin115 and Hachima Kikou are the places to go for quick stories and rumors as they develop. You just have to weed out the entertainment and current event entries (that you may like reading about).

You won't find a Japanese NeoGAF, the closest thing being 2chan which I personally consider to be a terrible way to internet and the sooner it dies the better.
