Is there a grammar deck including sentences with audio? I feel that I keep learning more things as the text is with audio?

I don't think there is, but there's an Anki plugin called AwesomeTTS, to generate automatic audio (with the help of various services like Google Translate).
As long as you only rely on it for your grammar deck (and use sentence decks with native audio), it should serve.
