墓場→ normal word for graveyard

墓地→ area where graves are gathered

霊園→ a very large area like a park where graves have been placed. This is probably somewhat like Western graveyards but, even so, most people would use the word 墓場 when talking about a graveyard (whether Western or Japanese).
