Samsung Galaxy tab S SM-T700 (japanese support) - Shinichirou - 2014-10-08 Hi, everyone. I'm looking for a way to install Japanese support for the Samsung Galaxy tab S SM-T700. I've googled, but have not really found any helpful results yet. I would be really grateful if someone could help. Thank you very much. Ah, sorry, what I meant was not really a Japanese input method (IME) - there's Simiji for that - but rather a way to install Japanese as an additional language and set it as your "system language". The factory-installed languages are kinda limited and do not seem to include Japanese for my model so I was looking for some kind of IT "crack" or something along these lines. Samsung Galaxy tab S SM-T700 (japanese support) - vix86 - 2014-10-08 Samsung 'stipped' some of the languages from the language menu. I think this was meant as a way to make the menu easier to use and reduce the amount of scrolling/searching for what you likely need. The Japanese localizations are still on the phone but they have been removed from the language menu. This page talks about it for older versions of Android Most methods are going to require you to be rooted in order to do the changes. This effectively changed me back to the vanilla version of android instead of the TouchWiz. Though there are custom roms that are based on Samsung roms.
