If I buy DOIJG, it contains also all the DOBJG points? If yes, are they distinguishable, for example with tags in the appendix which says if a grammar point is also in the basic version of the dictionary?

No, the books don't contain the same material. At the end of the the intermediate book and advanced book there is an index of the levels below them (so the advanced book has the complete index).

No, the books don't contain the same material. At the end of the the intermediate book and advanced book there is an index of the levels below them (so the advanced book has the complete index).
So in the intermediate book index there are listed all the grammar points of the basic book, but those are not treated in the intermediate book itself? わかった！ありがとう！

Yeah, in the Japanese index of the Intermediate book it distinguishes the two by having some entries in bold and the others regular. In the Advanced book it lists which entries are from the Basic and Intermediate books.
