Anki restoring deck ? - TyroneLove - 2014-07-26 Hello guys, I really need some help here. As I was studying news cards in Anki from my Kanji in Context deck, I pressed "enter" to show a card's answer but for some reason the key seemed to get stuck and in a matter of seconds something like 70 cards flipped before my eyes, getting all tagged as "good" (default "enter" shortcut). Now I'm halfway through my daily new cards and I have no clue as to what to do. I've tried turning the pc off without quitting anki but it automatically saved so I'm f***ed. Please someone tell me I can restore the deck state to what it was before my daily studies or something. Anki restoring deck ? - Vempele - 2014-07-26 Anki keeps backups in Documents/Anki/<user>/backups. Double-click the one you'd like to restore. Also, you could have just held down Ctrl+Z. Anki restoring deck ? - TyroneLove - 2014-07-26 I feel so stupid about no thinking of Ctrl+Z (am just too tired today...). Anyway thanks a lot for the reply, mate, worked like a charm. Anki restoring deck ? - TsugiAshi - 2014-07-26 I had a similar problem and looked randomly for ways to restart a deck. I came across a few methods, best ones here: https://anki.tenderapp.com/kb/collection-management/resetting-progress-in-a-deck |
