[Request] How can I rip Viki subtitles? - NinKenDo - 2014-03-27

I recently stumbled upon the awesome show 'Ramen Walker' on Viki, and found it had just the right level of unknown vocabulary and grammar that I could still enjoy and mostly understand it, while only missing the finer points.

It has subtitled available in Japanese, and I'd really love to Subs2srs these and study up so I can fill in the blanks a bit now that I've watched the series. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the subtitles extracted, and I can't find them anywhere else.

I've done a lot of Googling around, and even attempted the method through the Element Inspectors 'Network' tab, and come up short. I can not for the life of me figure out how to grab these subtitles and it's driving me バナナズ!

Can anybody help me? It's become something of a thorn in my side to say the least.

sorry cant help you with the subs2srs, but i just wanted to mention i also recently discovered this show on youtube, and really enjoy it. ramenwalker is the channel name. Though, prob best not to watch if you are hungry Wink I can pick out a few words even at my beginner level so it might be of interest to some people out there as well.

Haha, I think I'm gonna lose my mind. I dunno if I'm doing something wrong or something, but I can't seem to catch the subtitles using this method, despite trying numerous times. It's sendin' me loco =P

You can use Allavsoft to download subtitles from Viki or download Viki video with preferable subtitles.

I just find another easy way to download subtitles from viki.com from http://allavsoft.com/how-to/download-subtitles-from-viki-or-download-viki-videos-with-subtitles.html

It even helps to download video with subtitles from viki
