New song played on Hang / Ocarina - Zorlee - 2014-01-12
Hi guys! Long time no see!
Just wanted to share a new song of mine. I arranged it for the Ocarina and the Hang (usually called Hang drum). I play the both, so I figured - why not arrange the song for both instruments, no just one?
It's exciting, but at the same time terrifying, to share my own compositions. But I just really wanted to share this, so... Hope you like it

At the very end it sounds like there is a 2nd Ocarina. I'm wondering if you added another layer besides the "parts" seen in the video or is that an effect of the instrument?

Definitely check it out! The ocarina is actually one of the easiest instruments to start out on - you can make it sound pretty good very fast!Fabrice: Thank you so much! The ocarina I'm using is a so called triple ocarina, meaning there are three chambers to blow into. So the last note is actually coming from that single instrument, I just blew into the first and second chamber at the same time. It's kind of tricky to do in tune, but somehow it turned out ok on the recording.
