I just realized I've been doing only a part of core 2k so far. - learningkanji - 2013-12-20 New cards have run out and I was wondering why when I realized the deck is called "Japanese Core 2000 Step 01 Listening Sentence Vocab + Images" and checking ankiweb.net shows there are 10 steps. So before I continue, should I download the next deck (Step 02) and continue with that or should I get another deck that is more preferred by users from this site? Any suggestions about which deck is best for core 2k? I also keep hearing about optimized 2k6k decks but I'm not sure what that means or if it would be better. It would be easier than having to download multiple decks (step 2,3,4...).
