Need help, i from Europe and have my WEB company, i need workers from Japane but don't know hiw much can i pay. For 4-5 hours per day 20-30$ is enough?

in japan people usually earn very roughly 1000Yen/hour (~10$) for 'unskilled' work such as in fast food restaurants. so that already sets the minimum. I'd guess your guy probably has some skill set that should be adequately compensated, so your 20-30$/day sound a bit rude to me, unless some special circumstances apply.

Expect to pay at least ¥750/hr since that's minimum wage.

If you need special skills you can check an for the going rate.

I don't think you can expect to find anyone for that cheap.

Is this a philosophical question about free will? Is it a question about your ability to negotiate in Japanese? We already told you that jobs all over Japan pay better than that. Also, you should be aware that even bilingual college students make ¥1200+/hr for jobs that require English.

Job sites in Japan are not usually free for ad placers. If you need bilingual employes then DaiJob is your best bet. Otherwise you can use normal free English hangouts like Craigslist or something specific to your industry.
