I'm looking for Some Japanese people to Skype so i can improve my speaking ability, and hopefully i can help them with their english. My skype name is cushel1. Any takers? Also do Japanese people still Use skype, or have they moved on to something else?

you are in luck. japan has a great skype directory. i used it a year ago for a month and found tons of people to talk to (and i could barely talk at all!)

i found that the easiest way to find people was to make a post myself and explain as best i could who i was, an american learning japanese, and i would get a ton of responses and people to talk to and everyone was very friendly.

Use Lang-8 for this. I've met tons of Japanese people wanting to skype through that website. Just put your info in the description about yourself.
