dedicate and dedicate >_< - shirahime - 2008-01-16 Two different kanji are listed for dedicate. Kanji 1573 in book one and 2265 in book 3. I heard that newer versions of books 2 and 3 were coming out, so I was curious if the meaning for 2265 had been changed to make it less confusing. I believe the current differences are something along the lines of dedicating something in a religious or thankful sense for the former, and to dedicate yourself to a cause for the later. |
