Are there any good resources for a JAPANESE person to learn English. Im doing just fine with Anki and have found plenty of resources to learn Japanese, but I'm trying to help a friend out who is learning English. On the Japanese side, didn't anybody make a deck similar to corePlus. Its not very useful for my friend to use my Japanese decks as there are no English pronunciations or English example sentences

Anki is used to extend your memory not to learn. Have your friend learn from tv shows and movies... There's audio and the subtitles are readily available on the Internet and on the DVDs or hulu etc etc

There are a gazillion decks for English learners on the anki website. Look it up and browse some of them =).
