Japanese film sites/forums - edkrak - 2013-04-30

I would like to start reading something interesting about Japanese cinema. Any good sites/forums/blogs for that? I'm mainly interested in cult (70s Toei & Nikkatsu films, H. Satou, Miike, Sono, etc.) and arthouse (60s new wave, Mizoguchi etc.) films, but other topics or general Japanese cinema sites would also do (as long as it's not focused on recent anime & doramas). Any recommendations? Even most obvious choices are ok, I know hardly any Japanese sites.

I'm into good Japanese cinema - no, I don't mean dorama or anime.
I prefer WATCHING movies to reading about them.
I've seen more than two thousand Japanese movies so far, from pre-war to this year.

sorry if i misunderstood something, but i think edkrak was looking for some sites and forums about japanese films in japanese.

i would also be interested in forums or blogs that write about new wave, cult or arthouse in japanese language.

edkrak, have you read daniel desser's 'eros plus massacre: an introduction to the japanese new wave'? it's in english, but gives an excellent overview of japanese cinema in the 60's.

Yes umetani, you got it right. Maybe I wasn't precise enough. I'm searching for sites in Japanese. I know a bit about Japanese cinema and I'm familiar with 90% of persons mentioned by buonaparte. I want to start reading about it in Japanese to:
1) learn Japanese by reading about something I love
2) find some information about Japanese cinema that aren't available in English language or learn about it from Japanese perspective.

Yes, there are DVDs that come with extras + commentary in Japan, most of it may be sold as a premium/special edition DVD (not the standard type) for the popular or well-known directors.
