I've heard about the Nintendo DS console having a game for japanese language learners, but I don't have this console; I have a PSP though, does PSP has this type of games as well? Please help! お願いします！

A quick google search found a couple of homebrew applications, but I doubt there is really much commercial learning software available on PSP. Most of this software only worked on the DS because it has a stylus for input.

Yeah, you're better off looking for DS titles. The best I could find were puzzles/crosswords, and TOEIC test preparation apps, like:

If you are looking for PSP games to help with your learning I would suggest the Dragon Quest remakes. The PSP also has a massive amount of visual novels although you might not enjoy those until after you've finished RTK and basic grammar.

Also there is no SRS component, you 'master' something then never see it again.

Oh God! Never thought that a DS would be this helpful in my dream, How about PS3? I only have a PSP and a PS3, eerrr.. By the way, would that so called good game in DS of yours really that worth it for me to learn? Because if that so, I may consider buying a DS.. I guess playing is better than the typical studying.. I don't mind starting that game from scratch.. I want to review my basic japanese lessons though, so I'm fine repeating as if I know nothing about japanese language. 皆さん、ありがとうございます！：）

I don't know about the learning game on the DS, but when you feel ready there are "normal" games you can play with hidden furigana that pop up when you touch the kanji. This is really awesome for me, because I actually find it harder to read kanji with furigana right there (meaning I spend a lot of focus trying not to look at the furigana).

The best portable game to learn Japanese with is Anki. Once you use it enough, all games become fully playable in Japanese. That is the beauty of advanced Japanese.

Don't buy a DS solely to play 'learning games' it really won't do much for you. However, if you buy a DS, you can also play the two Legend of Zelda titles for it, which have a 'tap for reading' feature, so that you can see how to read words easily. I think there are some other games with a similar feature (maybe the newest Golden Sun, but I'm not sure).
Of course, if I remember correctly, DS Lites are pretty cheap now, so if you have the budget for it...
