Sync the beginning, then you want to sync from current selection forward, shifting backwards anywhere from 1 to 2 minutes. (I guess in your case you should add from selection forward.) These times are usually fixed for an entire series. 1:30 is a good one to try first. I dont have a computer in front of me so it is a bit hard for me to go into details. I guess I should make a tutorial for this sometime soon.
