Daijisen or other J-J dictionary for Kindle 3 (Kindle Keyboard)? - Namorbia - 2013-01-26
Since the Kindle Paperwhite has the Daijisen J-J dictionary, I was wondering if it's possible to get it on Kindle 3 (which is nowadays called Kindle Keyboard)?
I updated my Kindle to the newest firmware 3.4 (which came out in the fall 2012), but there were no Japanese dictionaries included in the update.
I also tried downloading a copy of daijisen (google daijisen prc), but it didn't work, because it is "licensed to a different user". I just want a J-J dictionary, it doesn't matter if I have to buy one or download one illegally.
EDIT: Amazon replied and said "I am sorry at this time kindle keyboard won't support Japanese dictionary." Has anyone made their own J-J dictionary? There is one J-E floating around, but it can only search in romaji :/

That being said I don't have a K3 to test with so can't vouch that it will work 100% on a K3. From a technical point I don't see any issues but I can't promise.
As an option, I have heard that Amazon allows you to return e-books for a full refund. If that's correct you could buy the dictionary (or borrow it using the lending library) and if it doesn't suit your needs return it?
