I just spent today making flashcards from the glossary of one of my business Japanese textbooks, and I have about 1300 words/phrases. I probably already know about 90% of them from ordinary Japanese I've learned before, and the ones I don't know are words that seem specific to business.
There's also a lot of stock idiomatic phrases for different business situations that really just seemed like they have to be memorized. 「お世話になっております。」 is probably the best example of what I'm talking about.
I'll probably release this as a shared deck once I've proofread it.

I guess, depending on that definition of "business Japanese", the two Gacco courses ビジネススクール（入門）and 経営（マネジメント）入門 could be helpful.
