Core10k optimized learning order or not? - Betelgeuzah - 2012-11-05 I've been wondering whether my core10k anki deck is sorted in a way that most important words are added as new cards first? I'd like to get into reading native material long before having studied all of the vocab but I'd rather not miss any crucial words either. So if I get new common words after the 6000+ range that would not be preferable. I saw in the suggested guide for beginners that for optimized learning there are certain word lists that should be unsuspended before everything else. Anyone can help me with this? Core10k optimized learning order or not? - gombost - 2012-11-05 If I remember correctly there's a core6k deck with better audio than core10k in Nukemarine's thread and that deck is optimized in accordance with the input hypothesis (or simply known as i+1). Then you'll only have 4000 new words in core10k with lower quality audio and not optimal ordering.
