Gizmodo, Engadget, and CNET have Japanese versions.
I don't know about the other two, but Japanese CNET is pretty good, though a lot of the articles are translated.
EDIT: You can also try Googling related:www.gizmodo.jp and such to get other similar sites.

Yeah on my phone I use Flipboard for Japanese news and Pulse for English news. I prefer Pulse by far for usability, but I'm not sure if it has Japanese content..
