Anki 2.0 problems - samoansamurai - 2012-10-29
I have to say I think that anki 2.0 is very good ?, BUT, I'm having so many problems! Everyday there's a new problem!
If someone could help me I'd be very happy???!
1. I lost a few decks including the thousands of hours studying rtk! But I'm over that, I downloaded it again! Actually I lost it the first time ?? when I had to agree to the user terms the first time ??, then my deck wasn't there! So this is the 4th time ?? I'm starting rtk! It's not so bad ? because I'm reviewing again! How do I stop losing this deck!
2. Now when I push the answer button, the answer is too big so I can't read it without scrolling down⬇ for miles!
3. I have lost "my deck" so many times and I've had really cool ? stuff on it!
4. I use my computer, iPhone? and iPad, now I keep getting an error message!

What does this mean? I have been suspending rtk cards left ⬅, right ➡ and center! I hope I'm not going to have to do this again! That's 4 hours gone! Is there a fast way to do it?
5. How do I make new ? close cards? I've tried! I've read the forums, I still can't do it!
Anki 1 was simple and easy to use, but anki 2.0 is really trying my patients! I think it's better, but u just don't know how to use it! My study was going so well! But I've had to stop because of all the problems!
Please? help me!

Should also say that I just downloaded some new ? decks, so I'm wondering if that could be the problem. When I opened it on my iPad it kept closing anki.
Also how do you sync on your computer. I have to keep closing anki to sync!

Read the manual and make sure you know how to use the software, and read the manual.
