Little contribution and little tool for Android (Locale Switcher) - tooop - 2012-10-16
Hello fellow Japanese learners,
I've been reading this forum a lot since I did RTK a couple years ago and always found a huge amount of useful information. ( Thank you
) However, I have never been very active and I'd like to make up for that a little bit now ! I recently developed a free (and ad-free) Android application that allows you to switch between locales pretty easily. It's definitely not the most useful Android app out there, but I think that it may be useful to language learners, especially those learning multiple languages at once. It's also pretty simple, and basically allows you to switch locales directly from the notification bar. Note that you'll get the most out of it (flag icons !) if you're running Ice Cream Sandwich or higher.
This is not a promotion attempt since I'm not and will not be making a profit with this app, please excuse me if this is against the forum rules or anything. I hope some of you can find it useful !
