Anyone has the same problem when learning business Japanese?

Every single native speaker who has yet to work in a Japanese environment.  Big Grin
Hmm... I wonder if the new users know how to use advance search in this forum.

There are lots of good information and discussion threads, such as:

First post here. Hi everyone.

My 2016 plan, in order:
  • finish RTK-lite, continuing to do my home-grown and time consuming English Keyword plus Japanese Keyword method. I've been speaking Japanese for 23 years, and could not resist temptation to connect kanji to words I already know.
  • read one more Magic Tree House book. These are a great next step after the Level 4 Graded Readers.
  • continue my Kanzen Master N3 and Nihongo So-Matome N3 books, with a focus on areas that caused me to fail the JLPT N3 that I will take this weekend
  • read Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
  • watch all of the National Geographic Megafactories dubbed on Hulu Japan (i subscribe and watch via vpn)
  • finish the rest of RTK, doing the post-RTK-lite phase with English keyword only. I may also flip my study to Keyword to Kanji, to learn the writings and make Prof. Heisig proud. I want to post to the "I just finished RTK1" thread!
  • assess where I am in September and sign up for N3 again or, a better goal, N2!

Hulu hates VPNs; which one are you using that they haven't found yet?
