Kanji Poster format a3

#1
Sorry I had to delete the earlier posts as i wasn't sure they were allowed.

Anyways for anyone looking to make a kanji poster for themselves
1. Please download the word file.  kanji a3 poster mail merge format dropbox link
2. Create a excel sheet with the title of one column as "kanji" and one corresponding column having title "keyword"
3. Open the downloaded word file. Go to Mailings-->select recipients-->use existing list-->select your excel file-->mailings menu again-->finish and merge-->edit individual documents-->merge records all-->ok

Your poster is ready to print on A3 sized paper, 8 sheets in all.

A3 sheet selected because :
easy size to paste on different wall areas
  easier to move or store
280 kanji per page- easy target for per day revision

Keyword font is  small because:
You can practise recognising the kanji without getting distracted by/needing to cover the answers
When you need to view the answer simply move closer to the sheet at which point the keyword will become legible

I took a quick look at it and want to say great job! Big Grin

I'm not currently learning the Kanji but I think it would be a cool motivational tool also. It could be used as a sort of Kanji calendar to mark off Kanji you've learned and see at a glance your progress.

Anyway, great job! Big Grin

Edit
I'm not sure if it's just my Word settings or something, but when I downloaded the document and opened it on my computer I couldn't see the keywords unless I expanded the table rows. Smile
