How Can I Forecast Anki Reviews/Intervals?

#1
Lately I've been thinking of changing the amount of new reviews I do in a day. I'm curious to know if there is any tool or formula I can use to figure out how high my daily reviews would get before they level out.

For example, how would I figure out this pie in the sky scenario: If I were to add 40 new cards everyday, 5 days a week, what would my average daily review count be once everything levelled off, and how long would it be for the reviews to level off?

Anyone know how I can play with these numbers and calculate some Anki reviews/intervals?

Thanks.  Big Grin

You would have to know your rating percentages to calculate. An easy way to do it would be if you've already been doing x amount for a decent amount of time and have y reviews, you can just do (40/x)*y. If you're thinking that overall retention would go down because you're adding more words I don't think that would be the case for a number like 40 per day, it would more or less just change the amount of time you need to spend doing them.
